Dean Miller became Senior Pastor of Front Range Baptist Church in January 2019. He and his wife, Michelle, were married in 1996 and have three adult daughters: Deanna, Breanna, and Julianna. They are also blessed to be grandparents to Anders, Sage, Bennett, and Wrenley.Over the years, the Lord has given Pastor Miller opportunities to preach around the world in revivals, conferences, and youth meetings. However, his greatest passion is shepherding the people of Front Range Baptist Church and reaching Northern Colorado with the gospel of Jesus Christ.Pastor Miller is known for his passionate preaching, heart for evangelism, and faithful pastoral care. We are grateful for his leadership and thankful for the way God continues to use him to lead and strengthen Front Range Baptist Church.
Brent Bartlett joined the staff of Front Range Baptist Church in July 2020 and serves as Executive Pastor, overseeing the administrative and operational ministries of the church while working closely with Pastor Miller to advance the vision and mission of Front Range. He also serves as Worship Pastor, providing leadership for the church’s music ministry.Brent and his wife, Melissa, have two children, Brandon and Reagan. He is passionate about helping people grow in their walk with Christ and serving the church through faithful leadership and ministry.

John Mathews has been in youth and children’s ministry since 1999, and it is his desire for every child at Front Range to know Jesus in a real way. John firmly believes that if Jesus takes root in the heart of a child, the fruit of that seed can and will continue to grow throughout their lives.John, and his wife Stacy, desire to foster an environment where children know they belong in God’s family. With the Mathews’ heart to serve the Lord by ministering in our church, John and Stacy are ready to meet kids where they are and lead them to a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.
John and his wife, Stacy, have three adult sons: Brice, Tyler, and Justin. They are also the proud grandparents of Ada.

Luke Harrison worked in the financial industry for 10 years and held numerous volunteer positions in the churches he attended. The Lord began guiding Luke and his wife, Adri, to serve Him in a ministry role and led the Harrisons to Front Range in 2023. We are excited to have Luke serve as our Connections Pastor, using his gifts to help people assimilate into the ministry of Front Range Baptist Church. Luke and Adri have two boys, Elliot and Liam, and one daughter, Emma.
Ethan Delaney serves as Youth Pastor at Front Range Baptist Church, joining the team in 2026. He and his wife, Caitlin, have a passion for helping students grow in their relationship with Christ, and are committed to mentoring young people and building meaningful relationships. Ethan grew up in Long Beach, CA, where his dad’s ministry helped shape his calling. They are excited to serve and invest in the students and families of Front Range.
Brice Mathews serves in our music ministry and also leads the music program at Front Range Baptist Academy. He has a heart for using music to help people worship the Lord and grow in their faith.Brice and his wife, Katie, moved to Colorado in 2025 after serving for two years in the music ministry of a church in Wisconsin.
They’re excited to be part of what God is doing here and love investing in the church and school families through music and worship.

Tim serves in the ministries of Front Range Baptist as the administrator of Front Range Baptist Academy, and is integrally involved in the church as well. Tim has been involved in Christian Education all throughout his adult life. In 2013, he and his wife, Joy, along with their five children, moved to Colorado to join the ministry of FRBC.
After working as an optometrist in his home country of Mexico, Marco and his wife, Ana, along with their three sons moved to Colorado to lead the Spanish ministry of Front Range Baptist – Iglesia Bautista Front Range. Together they are reaching and serving the growing Spanish community in Northern Colorado.
